Would definitely have done the day before also. If you can afford to rent an entire floor of a hotel, you can afford to plan better. A failure to plan on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine.

Truth!!!! In rural areas sometimes I could not book directly with a hotel for same night stays on the fly, but their advice on their website is to book it through 3rd party. That works. One tome i did that, showef up at the motel, they didnt have the reservation. Then minutes later the printer churns to life and there it is... 😌. Usually 3rd party rooms areawful views, bad locations, franchise not selling well due to property troubles, etc.

And tbh anyone demanding it with that attitude is not getting it anyway lmao.

My husband works at a hotel. One time, one of the damages of a room he had to fix was an air conditioner that someone took and crapped in. They then smeared it on all the walls in the room. The room was down for several weeks due to the smell.

I worked in restaurants and i do not have your specific troubles, but i got some real crazy people who would go balistic about the most crazy things and-or requests! Maybe your stories have a funny sauce over them, but i believe they all happend!
